Mahatma Gandhi<\/b><\/p>\n

CAS is located at the heart of the IB Diploma Programme. It is one of the three essential elements of this program and constitutes a very important component in the school curriculum of the 5th and 6th Years. It engages students in a series of activities and projects, which allow them to increase their personal and interpersonal development through experiential learning. At the same time, it offers an interesting balance to the academic pressure of the last years of High School.<\/p>\n

A good CAS experience should be both challenging and enjoyable. A personal journey of self discovery. Each student has a different starting point and therefore different goals and needs, but CAS activities should always include deep experiences and personal transformation.<\/p>\n

The three branches of CAS are:<\/b><\/p>\n

CREATIVITY:<\/b>\u00a0The arts and any activity that involves creative thinking.<\/p>\n

ACTIVITY:<\/b>\u00a0Physical activity: improve performance in a sport that is practiced or learn a new sport that contributes to a healthy lifestyle and balances academic work.<\/p>\n

SERVICE:<\/b>\u00a0Voluntary activities in favor of people or institutions that need it, respecting the rights, dignity and autonomy of all those involved.<\/p>\n

CAS message<\/h3>\n

The beauty of CAS is that it is an experience developed by each student and for each student. With CAS they will reach the local, national and global community carrying out projects and activities that confront them with different realities and open their eyes to reflection in the search for solutions to improve them. It is becoming an active member of life and learning who they are. It is a journey of joys, sorrows, responsibility and, above all, personal growth through lived experiences.<\/p>\n

"Be the change you want to see in the world"<\/p>\n

TECHO is an organization present in Latin America that seeks to overcome the situation of poverty that thousands of people live in precarious settlements, through the joint action of its residents and young volunteers.<\/p>\n

Through this Program, we seek to promote volunteer work among children who are finishing High School and are in a special stage of their formation as a person. TECHO seeks to be the means for comprehensive training that allows students not only to grow intellectually and professionally, but also humanly and socially.<\/p>\n

At Holy Trinity College we started dreaming of building a house in 2012. We worked hard during 2013 to be able to qualify for the November build, which was the last of the year\u2026. and we did it!!!!<\/p>\n

The experience was fantastic and the enthusiasm of the boys has already spread throughout the School. We are convinced that the opportunity to help more families to have their ROOF should be one of our priorities.<\/p>\n\n \n
